Outlook Express with MSN

1)      Outlook Express does not work with MSN version 2.0 or earlier.
        
2) MSN customers do not have a POP3 account until they install the MSN software,
version 2.5.  At that time their account is migrated to POP3, and Outlook
Express should be configured with the appropriate server names and configuration
information.

3) Configuring Outlook Express to use the MSN POP3 and SMTP servers is within
MSN's support boundaries.  They should only be referring customers to us when
there are errors in Outlook Express, not for configuration assistance.
