Word only shows two fonts in the fonts dropdown menu

You are using a Generic Text only Printer Driver ( or something comparable to this ).

To resolve this issue find out what type of printer you have and try to update the driver or change the driver to one that will emulate the printer you are using.

To do this click on:

	Start
	Settings
	Printers

How many printers are listed here? If there is more than one, check to see which one is the default and change it to the other driver that is here.
