SLIDES ON PAPER

"I often need to print the slides of a particular slide show so I can send them to one of our offices in another country. Can you provide some information on printing the slides using Freelance Graphics? Will I have a problem printing slides using a black-and-white laser printer?"

Freelance Graphics takes care of most of these printing problems for you. Let's say you have an entire slide show you want to print on a black-and-white laser printer. Open Freelance Graphics and load the slide show you need to print. Now choose File, Print Preview. When the Print Preview dialog box opens, select the radio button labeled First Page, then click OK to continue. You can now step through the entire slide show to see how it will print. Since you are using a black-and-white printer, all the slides automatically display in black and white.

If all the slides look good to you, click Quit and then choose File, Print. When the Print dialog box opens, click Print to continue (assuming you want to print all the slides in the show).
